For instance, Best Deal has replaced the usage of traditional petroleum-based ink with soy-oil based inks. Soy ink, also known as vegetable-oil ink, is regarded as one of the greatest innovations in the print industry. Since it is formulated using simple compounds, soy ink’s usage is safe as well as eco-friendly. Further, the usage of soy ink gives efficient outcome, with the added benefit that it consumes very little energy. Another noteworthy thing regarding soy ink is its distinguishable clearness that makes it popular for vibrant colors. Since soy ink is easily removable from paper, it helps for paper recycling, thereby making it quicker to process the paper. As part of the effort to promote for the greener environment, Best Deal has adopted another innovative step to produce eco-friendly print products via the usage of Aqueous and Varnish. With very low to zero traces of volatile organic compounds (VOC), the Aqueous and Varnish reduce harmful components that damage the atmosphere and the surroundings. Additionally, we utilize impregnated washing systems to treat press rollers and blankets with minute traces of VOCs.

Further, since we adopt only alcohol substitutes, our facility as well as its surroundings is completely alcohol-free.
An ingredient that is integral for the success of print industry is paper. But, Best Deal strictly avoids the usage of papers from illegally deforested trees, and uses only papers that have been sourced from mills, whose activities comply with sustainable forestry practices.
